Quick troubleshooting
Before contacting support, try the following:
- Confirm the latest app version is installed.
- Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Sign out and sign in again where possible.
- Check device notification permissions for notification problems.
Account deletion
To delete your account in the app, open Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email support@trainnoapp.com to request account deletion. See our Delete Account page for full details.
