Before contacting support, try the following:
Confirm the latest app version is installed.
Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
Close and reopen the app.
Sign out and sign in again where possible.
Check device notification permissions for notification problems.
Account deletion
To delete your account in the app, open Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
