Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trainno, operated by ASUNATECH BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By creating an account or using Trainno, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trainno. Users under 18 may not create or use an account. By using Trainno, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Trainno is a software platform that helps personal trainers and athletes manage coaching relationships, including programs, goals, schedules, sessions, and messaging. Trainno provides tools; it does not itself deliver coaching, medical care, or fitness services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access at support@trainnoapp.com.

Trainers using Trainno acknowledge that they:

• are independent users of the platform;
• are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Asunatech;
• are responsible for their qualifications, certifications, coaching decisions, and legal obligations;
• are responsible for deciding whether exercises and coaching recommendations are appropriate for each athlete;
• must handle athlete information responsibly; and
• must not claim that Trainno verifies their medical or professional qualifications unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Athletes are responsible for providing accurate information, following coaching guidance thoughtfully, communicating with their trainer, and using the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

The coaching relationship is between the trainer and athlete. Asunatech is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for coaching decisions, outcomes, or disputes between trainers and athletes.

Trainno is a software platform and does not provide medical advice. Trainno does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Training plans, goals, AI outputs, trainer messages, and other app content are not substitutes for professional medical advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program. Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms. You assume responsibility for participation in physical activity.

AI-assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. AI output must be reviewed before being used. Trainers remain responsible for coaching decisions. Do not treat AI output as medical advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Asunatech a license to host, store, display, and process your content as necessary to operate Trainno and provide features you use.

You agree not to:

• violate applicable law or others' rights;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• interfere with the service or other users; or
• misrepresent your identity, role, or qualifications.

Messages, photos, notes, and coaching content may be visible to connected trainers or athletes as part of the coaching relationship. Share only content appropriate for that purpose.

Trainno may currently be offered without a paid subscription. Paid features or subscriptions may be introduced later. Pricing, billing period, renewal, trial, and cancellation information will be displayed before purchase.

Purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Trainno does not directly collect full payment card information. Subscriptions must be managed through the relevant app store account. Introducing paid features will not retroactively charge users without their confirmation.

Trainno, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Asunatech or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Trainno.

Trainno integrates with third-party services such as OpenAI, Firebase, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or harm other users or the service. You may stop using Trainno at any time and may delete your account as described in our deletion policy.

You may delete your account in the app or by contacting support@trainnoapp.com. See our Account Deletion page for instructions and details about what is deleted.

We strive to keep Trainno available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

Trainno is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asunatech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Trainno. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid for the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asunatech from claims arising from your use of Trainno, your content, your coaching activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, Türkiye have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location.
