This Privacy Policy explains how Trainno("Trainno," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile application and related services. We aim to use clear language so you can understand how your information is handled.

By creating an account or using Trainno, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Trainno is operated by ASUNATECH BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ("Asunatech"), located at Gülbahçe Mah. İçmeler Caddesi No: 14/1, İç Kapı No: B05, Urla/İzmir, Türkiye.

Trainno is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 may not create or use an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account information: full name, email address, securely hashed password, account role (trainer or athlete), profile photo, preferred language, and timezone.

Profile and fitness information: gender, height, weight, body measurements, injuries, physical limitations, and other health-related coaching information you choose to provide.

Trainer and athlete information: trainer-athlete relationships, training programs, exercises, weekly goals, trainer notes, athlete check-ins, progress records, availability, schedules, bookings, session requests, cancellations, messages, and meal, progress, profile, or other photos you voluntarily upload through available features.

Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, notification tokens, security logs, usage information, and crash and diagnostic information.

Injury, limitation, body measurement, and health-related coaching data may be sensitive. Trainno uses this information only to provide the coaching functionality you request.

Trainno does not sell health information and does not use health information for targeted advertising. Only provide health information you are comfortable sharing with your trainer as part of the coaching relationship.

Trainno is not a healthcare provider and does not claim HIPAA compliance.

We use personal information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• provide trainer-athlete features;
• display plans and weekly goals;
• manage schedules and sessions;
• enable communication between trainers and athletes;
• personalize app language and experience;
• send notifications you enable;
• provide AI-assisted features where available;
• improve reliability, performance, and security;
• investigate abuse, fraud, and technical problems; and
• comply with legal obligations.

Connected trainers can access information athletes share as part of the coaching relationship, including plans, goals, check-ins, messages, and related coaching content.

Athletes can access plans, goals, schedules, messages, and information shared by their trainer.

Do not upload information that is unnecessary for coaching. Trainers are responsible for handling athlete information appropriately and in accordance with applicable law and professional obligations.

Trainno may use OpenAI to provide AI-assisted functionality. Content necessary to provide a specific AI-assisted feature may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing. We do not send all user data to OpenAI.

Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI prompts. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by the trainer or user before use. AI output is not medical advice.

We use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how the app is used, improve performance, and fix crashes. This may include Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which collect usage and technical diagnostic information.

We use trusted service providers to operate Trainno. Categories and named providers include:

• OpenAI (AI-assisted features);
• Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Storage;
• Apple Push Notification Service and Google Play services;
• RevenueCat (subscription status management if paid features are introduced);
• application hosting and database infrastructure located in Paris, France.

RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status if paid features are introduced in the future. Paid subscriptions are not necessarily active at all times.

Service providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to their role.

Asunatech is located in Türkiye. Our servers are located in Paris, France. Service providers may process information in the United States, European Economic Area, Türkiye, or other locations where they operate.

Where required, we use appropriate operational and contractual safeguards for international transfers. We do not claim specific certification schemes in this policy.

Active account data is retained while your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

When you delete your account, information is removed from active systems. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before being deleted or overwritten. Backups are not used for normal product activity.

You may delete your account in the app through Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@trainnoapp.com if you cannot access the app. See our Account Deletion page for details.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including secure password hashing, access controls, and encrypted connections where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection where applicable, a copy of your information, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Send requests to support@trainnoapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Trainno does not sell personal information, does not sell consumer health information, does not use personal information for targeted advertising, and does not share information with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights. Contact support@trainnoapp.com to exercise applicable rights. Our primary market includes the United States.

Trainno is only available to users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 may not create or use an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, contact us at support@trainnoapp.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
