Delete Your Trainno Account

To delete your account from within the app:

1. Open Trainno.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Enter your current password.
6. Confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion is permanent. Your account cannot be recovered. You will be signed out immediately. Save any information you need before continuing.

If you cannot access your account, email us to request deletion:

support@trainnoapp.com

Use the subject line "Trainno Account Deletion Request" and include your account email address, user role (Trainer or Athlete), and confirmation that you request permanent deletion. We may require identity verification before processing your request.

When your account is deleted, the following information associated with your account is removed from active systems, where applicable:

• account and profile information;
• profile photo;
• language and account preferences;
• gender, height, weight, and body measurements;
• injury and health-related coaching information;
• trainer-athlete connections;
• program assignments and weekly goal assignments;
• check-ins and progress records;
• booking and cancellation information;
• private trainer notes associated with your account;
• messages;
• notification tokens; and
• photos and files you uploaded.

Information solely connected to your deleted account is removed from active systems. Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be kept only for the required period. Retained records will not remain available as an active user profile.

Information belonging independently to another user may be retained only where necessary and should be anonymized or disconnected from your deleted account where reasonably possible.

Deletion from active systems begins immediately after successful in-app confirmation or after a verified support request. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before being deleted or overwritten. Backup information is not used for normal product operation.
